Catch the 64 bus to Winchester at 10:50 from High Street Alton - arrives at Winchester about 11:40

Its a 20 min walk via the cathedral to the Queen Inn, which opens at 11.00.
Or if a bit too far to walk, cross to the bus station and get the Blue star 1. to Ranelagh Road stop , a shorter walk from there. via Norman Road.
The Blue Star 1 bus is every 15 mins.

On the way back Blue Star 1 bus to the top of the town and a short walk to the Albion.
